On April 10, 2016, the State Initiatives Group filed comments in response to the Staff Report on DC Public Service Commission Formal Case No. 1130, Modernizing the Energy Delivery System for Increased Sustainability ("MEDSIS"). Read the MRC comments here

On October 28, 2016, the State Initiatives Group filed comments in response to Maryland's Notice of Public Conference In the Matter of Transforming Maryland's Electric Distribution Systems to Ensure that Electric Service is Customer-Centered, Affordable, Reliable, and Environmentally Sustainable in Maryland ("PC44").  Read the MRC comments here.

On February 26, 2016, the State Initiatives Group filed comments on BGE's Public Purpose Microgrid Proposal before the Maryland Public Service Commission, in relation to the general microgrid policy issues involved. Read the MRC comments here
